Job Description:

The core responsibility of the Business Development Manager will be to establish a network of offers
which will, in turn, be available on WowBox & to remain continuously on the lookout for opportunities
which add value to the core business & its services.

Responsibilities:
– Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by the company
– Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
– Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
– Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
– Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients
– Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
– Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices
– Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
– Coordinate with the Project Manager & Client Service Unit to establish offer network
– Provide Regular Feedback to the Organization regarding current market dynamics & scenario
– Adhere to quality control & ethical standards regarding the acquisition of customers, opportunities &
vendors.
– Apply company-wide project management standards in preparing bids & contracts, responding to
customer needs & managing the sales process
– Identify Third-Party Vendors Or Contacts that may potentially add value to the business
– Collaborate with Strategic Planning Unit & align methods to core strategies of the business
– Develop Reward Structures aligned with the strategic objective of the business

Educational Requirements:
– BBA/ MBA in Marketing
– If you know what we need then educational qualification can be relaxed

Experience Requirements:
– At least 1 year
– Worked in the marketing/ advertising department of a reputed brand
– Good understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and sales techniques
